I was just hearing about a company that builds power plants on hot springs and it produces a lot of consistent energy.

I would think this is something that would become more and more prevalent, and possibly still exist after collapse...thoughts?
I am not prepared.

This is a really great idea...

Perhaps Yellowstone is in need of a trade hub?

I am absolutely NOT trying to nit-pick but do you actually mean 'Geothermal'? The long term sustainability of geothermal power plants is wonderful and the machinery needed is mostly dirt-simple stuff that would be easy to maintain even after the Crash.

I definitely like the idea. Given as the US currently has 77 online power plants doing exactly this, the concept that at least one or two of them are still going in the Resurgence just makes sense.

Does it speak to my skills as an editor that I read it as "geothermal"?
